Jen's professional and personal background has given her a unique perspective on work and life. As the former Director of Marketing and Communications for Fort Wayne Community Schools, Jen worked to tell the story of the District throughout the community for three and a half years. Her background includes Marketing Manager at a local manufacturing company, Program Manager at the former Chamber of Commerce, experience working with college students and internship development, more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting, and experience consulting and speaking in the Midwest.
