Indianapolis, IN – Purpose Enterprises, Inc., formerly known as Purpose.ly, has launched a new brand geared towards companies facing talent-related problems in response to the unprecedented change in Indiana’s workforce due to COVID-19.


Unemployment claims have surged across the U.S. and in Indiana in the wake of COVID-19. In April, Indiana ranked as high as the eighth most affected state in the U.S. since the start of the COVID-19 crisis, with a year-over-year increase of 4,886.67% and an increase of 2,565.40% since January 2020.


As such, Purpose HQ is preparing to help clients dealing with a change in workforce, whether through organizational restructuring plans, developing back-to-work integration strategies, restructured job functions, realignment of employees with organizational strategic goals, and other business-critical elements central to Indiana’s “new normal” workforce landscape.
