Purpose HQ has developed a ten-month leadership training program for emerging and new leaders to provide the skills and knowledge they need to be successful.

Emerging Leaders Need Next-Level Leadership Training!

The New Leader Training Program is built around the 5 Foundations of Awareness. To become effective and skilled leaders, we must have a foundation of understanding about who we are, how we behave, how we interact with others, and how our individual values impact how we lead. 

This program provides 10 months of specialized workshops designed to help new and growing leaders understand themselves and how they lead.

The program is delivered in cohorts of 10 new leaders who experience support and learning together throughout the experience. 

 

Participants can expect:

  • Orientation and networking event to kick off the cohort

  • 10-month program

  • Monthly sessions based around the 5 Foundations of Awareness (sessions will be a combination of in-person and Zoom with take-home work before and after each session)

  • Individual assessments include the Purpose Gap Matrix, Predictive Index, Parin EQ, and others

  • Individual session with a Purpose HQ coach once a month during the program

  • Networking with other emerging leaders for thought exchange and support

  • Free account and 12-month month subscription to RuBi with personalized content based on your individual results

Tuition may be paid by an organization or an individual (discounts offered to individuals). 

In-Person cohorts in Northeast Indiana and the Indianapolis area beginning in September 2022.

 

Even if you don't live in either area or you're unable to attend the in-person events, we have a fully online version. Contact us for details.
