Do something with what they've told you. You can't just ask the questions and move on. Really take the feedback and make changes. Communicate to people that you heard what they said and tell them what you did to make changes. This one is important. If people don't know that you've heard them and done something with their feedback, they'll stop giving you their opinion. Communicate how things and changed and do it often!
